La rencontre dont nous donnons ci-dessus une photographie était sportive à tous les points de vue. Elle mettait en présence deux rédacteurs de journaux de sport, MM. Frantz Reichel, du Vélo, et Léon Manaud, de l'Auto; elle avait été motivée par une discussion sur les championnats du monde de boxe qui se disputent actuellement à la salle Wagram ; enfin elle eut pour terrain la cour d'un établissement hippique des plus connus à Neuilly. A la troisième reprise, M. Manaud a été légèrement atteint au bras droit.
