All fencers expecting to compete or officiate in the Olympic Games at Berlin must be holders of 1936 F.I.E. licenses. Applications for new licenses and the renewal of old ones should be made to Mr. George H. Breed, 500 East 86th Street, N.Y.C. The fee is $1.00, and if the application is for a new license, it should be accompanied by a passport photograph. Please apply for these as soon as possible, as all licenses must be sent to Brussels for registration and verification.
