Big Bill Tilden, with the aid of Bruce Barnes, Mrs. Ethel Burkhart Arnold, Jimmie McClure, and Brahm Bassford, gave a tennis exhibition on the clay courts of the Tudor City Tennis Club last Saturday. Mr. Vince had several of his pupils put on fencing bouts and the entire gate receipt was turned over to the Olympic Fencing Fund. S. Thompson Stewart, Cornell Wilde, and the Misses Marion Lloyd and Dorothy Locke were among the fencers who helped out.
