NAVY RELEASES SCHEDULE
Midshipman David B. Ben, captain of the Navy Fencing Team, has sent us the following schedule for the coming season:
January 30 .......... St. John’s College
February 6 .......... Sword Club of Philadelphia
[February] 13 .......... University of Pennsylvania
[February] 20 .......... Yale University
[February] 27 .......... Cornell University
March 6 .......... Yale (At New Haven)
[March] 13 .......... Columbia University
[March] 20 .......... Princeton University
March 26th & 27th, Intercollegiates…
All matches will be held at Annapolis with the exception of the Intercollegiates and the trip to New Haven. The meet on March 6th will not merely be a dual meet between Yale and Navy, but will include matches with Army, Harvard, and Princeton as well. The midshipmen are only allowed one trip during the season, and this time it looks as if they’re going to make the most of it. The boys ought to be pretty well tired out by the time they return to the Academy.
