CHARLES NEFF IS DEAD
It is with deep regret that we notify our readers of the death of Charles Neff. The Secretary of the Northern Ohio Division, Mr. Lucien E. Morris, has sent us the news, but he failed to mention the cause of his death.
Neff was the leading fencer of the Division, and a member of the Division’s Executive Committee. He came to New York last spring and competed in the National Championships.
It was our good fortune to know him personally.
