The Metropolitan Committee of the Board of Governors of the A.F.L.A. has issued its new schedule of competitions for the 1941-42 fencing season. It lists forty-three separate competitions taking up fifty-seven separate afternoons and evenings throughout the season. The Metropolitan Committee has added four novice team events, one in each weapon, and one men's senior foil competition early in the season.
